Information and purpose

If you use the contact form, PufaMix receives your name, email address, project type and message. This information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss the requested work and, if you proceed, manage the project.

Lawful basis

Enquiry details are processed to take steps you request before a possible contract and to respond to your message. If you become a client, relevant information may also be kept as needed to perform the agreement and meet legal obligations. Optional third-party resources described below are loaded only after you give consent in the website settings.

Where information goes

The form sends your enquiry to the PufaMix Gmail inbox. This website does not save form submissions in a database. Google provides the email service. The website hosting provider may process technical connection data to deliver and secure the site.

Optional external content and consent

This website offers Google Fonts, the CounterAPI visit counter, Spotify players and artwork, live previews of the A&N Surrey Construction and Gel Nails Calcot websites, and a PufaMix Radio audio stream supplied by Asura Hosting. These optional resources are not requested from their providers until you allow the relevant category. If you decline, the site remains usable, but those fonts, counters, radio or embedded previews may not load. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie and privacy settings” in the footer. The preference is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember your choice.

After you allow a category, the relevant provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the page requested. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms. The providers are Google Fonts, CounterAPI, Spotify, Asura Hosting, A&N Surrey Construction and Gel Nails Calcot. Their own privacy and cookie notices apply to their services. External links that you choose to open are separate from embedded content.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept in the PufaMix mailbox for as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records may be retained for the duration of the work and any period needed for legal or accounting obligations. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed. Your optional-content choice remains in local storage until you change or clear it.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information PufaMix holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request deletion or restriction where the law allows. Contact pufamix@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

This notice may be updated if the website or its data handling changes. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
